NCF Update 02/08/25

Good morning church family,

Tomorrow is the Lord’s Day which means we have the blessing of gathering together as the Lord’s people to enjoy fellowship and building one another up in Him. I’m looking forward to being with you!

Our annual NCF Family Meeting is happening tomorrow at 9am. We are having a fellowship breakfast meal together. Come and join us as we discuss the state of the church, refresh our vision, and look towards our future together. Don’t forget to bring a breakfast food item to share if you can. It would help if everyone could come a little early to start breakfast so that we can begin the meeting on time. We want to be sure we have plenty of opportunities to share and discuss.

After the breakfast meeting, we will have our worship service at 10:45am as usual.

If you haven’t signed up for the Marriage Seminar with Dennis and Sheila Cole I would encourage you to do so. This will take place on Saturday, February 15th, from 9am to 3pm (lunch is included). I am sure that it will be a blessing to all who attend. Whether you are married, nearly married, or not married this event will be relevant to you. Scripture frequently uses the example of marriage to describe what our relationship with Christ is like. A better understanding of Biblical marriage not only strengthens marriages, but also our lives together as Christians and our walk with the Lord. Visit https://tithe.ly/event-registration/#/9726768 to register or you can register with Debbie ONeal in person at church. Don’t forget to use the code NCFFAM for a discount.

May the Lord bless your Saturday and grant you rest in Himself today. May your anxieties melt away, may your spirit be lifted, and may you embrace the grace and peace which are yours in Christ. My love goes out to you church, as well as my gratitude to the Lord for you all. See you in the morning!

In His steps,

Pastor Nick

Philippians 2:3-4, “Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility consider one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.”
