Good afternoon church family,
I pray that today finds you all well and that you are enjoying this beautiful Saturday in the Lord. May He fill your day with the awareness of His abundant grace which has been dispensed upon you because you have embraced His cross and empty tomb as works done in your place so that you might live. May the joy of the Lord fill every nook and cranny of your life.
Tomorrow is the Lord’s day! It is a joy and a privilege to gather together in His name as we honor Him and build one another up in the faith. Our gathering together is a grace, and the Lord has promised that He is with us and a special way when we are together (Matthew 18:20). As always, I look forward to being with you and receiving the mutual benefit we all get when we are together in the Lord. Join us at 9:30 a.m. for prayer and at 10:45 a.m. for worship. If you have friends or family members who don’t have a church home, I would encourage you to invite them. I have no doubt that they will experience the warmth of the Lord through our fellowship, and that they will hear about the saving grace that only comes through repentance and belief in Jesus.
Last weekend was a great blessing with Dennis and Sheila Cole ministering within our church body. On March the 2nd, our good friend Sean Larkin will be in town and we have invited him to minister with us then. He will also lead our Ash Wednesday service on March 5th and will stay with us through March the 9th. We plan to have a men’s meeting on the morning of March 8th at 8:30, and we hope that all of the men and boys will plan to join us.
May the grace and peace of the Lord be at the forefront of your mind today and always. I love and appreciate you all. See you in the morning!
In His steps,
Pastor Nick
